Fluidity is an independently owned and operated stretch and massage company founded in Harrisburg, NC. We are searching for looking individuals that are passionate about caring for people and have outstanding skills in their field, plus great communication and customer-service skills.

We are a growing therapeutic studio and are seeking responsible Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Occupational Therapist and Practitioners to join our team.  Recent graduates are welcome to apply. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You’re good at…

The Therapist is responsible for providing the industry’s best therapeutic treatment in a professional and inviting environment where clients experience the Fluidity difference.

To achieve this goal, the Therapist is responsible for adhering to established “Path of Service” procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Fluidity Experience” including but not limited to:

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every session based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
• Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Has a most recent and up to date massage license (NC please)
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 3-6 times per day (we like to keep you busy!)
• Is a steward of the Fluidity Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Fluidity standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
• Complete SOAP notes accurately and in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned in operations manual and by the leadership team

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification that allows you to perform Massage Therapy at the studio.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds

* Eligible after 90 days.  

Because we are a therapeutic studio, you will be able to use your knowledge and training by working with a multitude of clients --- from athletes to clients with chronic issues such as herniated and bulging discs, fibromyalgia, and chronic lower back pain.

Minimum requirement is 3 shifts per week.  Average shift length is 4 to 7 hours with the possibility of completing 3 to 6 treatments in one day. We provide breaks as required by law and in accordance with Policies depending on shift length.
